These are two very contrsating pictures - one from the German Market when it was in Edinburgh at Christmas and the other on a memorial dedicated to those affected by Communisim which stands in Prague - I'll let you figure out which one is which!

I found this tiny bit of ivy in an old shed - a little bit of colour with the sun shing down on it. Love it!

I took these today at the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. On such a beautiful day the light and the colours are just astonishing. An excellent way to spend a day off!

A beautiful summer evening on the Water of Leith walkway in Edinburgh. I love the number of different shades of green from the leaves and the sun peeking through the trees.

This was part of the City Jungle in Edinburgh last summer when lots of people designed big cats and birds which went on display around the Botanic Gardens and then further round the city before being auctioned off to raise money for a wildlife conservation charity.They were all spectaular.
